Gorgeous ruby red in colour, this medium-bodied wine is Spain’s answer to Cabernet Sauvignon, with strawberry, plum and herbal notes running to a lush finish with hints of vanilla.
Serve with roast pork, sheep’s milk cheeses, roasted vegetables or lamb.
