 Sauvignon Blanc – a classic varietal with a grassy, herbaceous character, plenty of refreshing acidity and a very dry mouth-feel. The perfect white wine to go with vegetarian dishes.
Chianti – a dry, light-mediuim bodied red wine with elegant flavours of cherries and blackberries with moderate acidity and spicy notes. This wine is a great match for tomato based dishes.
