Selection California Symphony – A white wine with the incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya. The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity, and hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape. Excellent with spicy foods like Szechuan or even Mexican. It’s also great with sliced mango and papaya.

Selection California Viognier – A medium-bodied aromatic white wine with fresh spring blossoms, peaches and apricots on the nose. A refreshing wine to serve with seafood and fish.

Selection California Cabernet-Merlot – The medium-full body and complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon and the soft fruit-forward flavours of Merlot. Perfect harmony together. An ideal match for barbecued red meats.
